Hydraulik Nord Group shall assume no responsibility for the currentness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against Hydraulik Nord Group are expressly excluded if they refer to material or non-material damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or the use of incorrect and incomplete information, unless the author can be proven to have been deliberate or grossly negligent. All offers are subject to change and non-binding. Hydraulik Nord Group expressly reserves the right to change, add or delete parts of the pages or the entire content without separate notice or to stop publication temporarily or completely.

2. References and links

For direct or indirect references to third-party Internet pages (“links”) that are outside the area of responsibility of Hydraulik Nord Group, liability would be assumed exclusively in the event that Hydraulik Nord Group is aware of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for Hydraulik Nord Group to prevent its use in the case of illegal content. The author expressly declares that the relevant linked pages were free from illegal content at the time the links were established. Hydraulik Nord Group has no influence whatsoever on the current and future configuration and the content of the linked pages. This declaration shall apply to all links and references established within Hydraulik Nord Group’s online content as well as for third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by Hydraulik Nord Group. With regard to illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and especially with regard to damage resulting from the use or non-use of information offered in this way, the provider of the page to which a reference was made shall be solely liable, not the provider who merely makes a reference to the respective publication by means of a link.

3. Copyright and trademark law

Hydraulik Nord Group is committed to complying with the copyrights of the graphics, audio material, video sequences and texts in all publications, to use graphics, audio material, video sequences and texts prepared by Hydraulik Nord Group or to utilize license-free graphics, audio material, video sequences and texts. All brands and trademarks named and potentially protected by third parties are, without limitation, subject to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owner. The sole mention of a brand or trademark must not lead to the assumption that trademarks are not protected by third-party rights! The copyright for published objects created by DACHS GmbH Informations- & Kommunikationstechnologie shall remain solely with Hydraulik Nord Group. Copying or use of such graphics, audio material, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of Hydraulik Nord Group.

4. Using Google Maps

This website uses the Google Maps API, a map service of Google Inc. ("Google"), to display an interactive map and to create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may transfer the information obtained from Maps to third parties, if required by law or as far as third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
Google will never associate your IP address with other Google data. Nevertheless, it would be technically possible that Google could make an identification of at least individual users on the basis of the data received. It is possible that Google's personal information and personality profiles could be processed by Google's users for other purposes that we have no control over. You have the option to disable the service of Google Maps and thus prevent the transfer of data to Google by disabling JavaScript in your browser. We point out, however, that in this case you can not use the map display on our pages.
Google's Privacy Policy & additional Google Maps Terms of Service can be found at

5. Facebook

We maintain an online presence in the social network „Facebook" in order to draw your attention to our services, to inform you about our events and to get in touch with you.
The Website uses the technical platform and services of Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland for the information service offered here.
We would like to point out that you use this Facebook page and its functions under your own responsibility. This applies in particular to the use of interactive functions (e. g. commenting, sharing, rating).
When you visit our Facebook page, Facebook collects, among other things, your IP address and other information that is available on your PC in the form of cookies. This information is used to provide us, as the operator of the Facebook pages, with statistical information about the use of the Facebook page. More information on this can be found on Facebook at the following link:
The data collected about you in this context is processed by Facebook Ltd. and may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. Facebook describes in general terms what information it receives and how it is used in its data use guidelines. There you will also find information on how to contact Facebook and how to set up advertisements. The data usage guidelines are available at the following link:
The complete Facebook data guidelines can be found here:
In what way Facebook uses the data from visits to Facebook pages for its own purposes, to what extent activities on the Facebook page are assigned to individual users, how long Facebook stores this data and whether data from a visit to the Facebook page is passed on to third parties, is not conclusively and clearly named by Facebook and is not known to us.
When you access a Facebook page, the IP address assigned to your end device is transmitted to Facebook. According to Facebook, this IP address is anonymized (for "German" IP addresses) and deleted after 90 days. Facebook also stores information about the end devices of its users (e. g. as part of the "registration notification" function); Facebook may thus be able to assign IP addresses to individual users.
If you are currently logged on to Facebook as a user, there is a cookie with your Facebook identification on your end device. This enables Facebook to understand that you have visited this page and how you have used it. This also applies to all other Facebook pages. Facebook buttons embedded in web pages allow Facebook to track your visits to these web pages and associate them with your Facebook profile. This data can be used to tailor content or advertising to your needs.
If you want to avoid this, you should log out of Facebook or deactivate the function "stay logged in", delete the cookies on your device and close and restart your browser.
In this way, Facebook information that immediately identifies you is deleted. This allows you to use our Facebook page without revealing your Facebook identifier. When you access the interactive features of the page (like, comment, share, news, etc.), a Facebook login screen appears. After a possible login, you will again be recognizable for Facebook as a specific user.

6. No collection of personal data

Your browser sends a series of specifications that are logged when accessing our websites. Your IP address, your browser ID and domain, the name of the retrieved file, the date and time of the retrieval, the amount of data transferred and the successful retrieval are recorded in a log file. All data in the log files is not directly related to personal information and will never be merged with other personal information. We register your access for reasons of data security in order to ensure the stability and operational safety of our systems and to ward off unauthorized attacks. The log data are for internal purposes only and will not be shared with third parties. In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. The data protection officer of Hydraulik Schwerin GmbH can be reached by e-mail at

6.1 Contact form

In the case of inquiries by contact form, your data from the inquiry form including the contact data indicated by you there are stored for the purpose of treatment of the inquiry and for the case of follow-up questions with us. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e. g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
